Marc has previously worked for four and a half years for the College of Education providing technical support to two research departments. His expertise is mainly with Macintosh computers, with some experience with Windows. He is also employed half time in the mornings at EC CARES (Coordination Agency for Referrals, Evaluations, and Services) and maintains a schedule of evening classes at the LCC Downtown Center where he teaches adults how to use both Macs and PCs.

He works afternoons Monday through Friday at the School of Music.

Installs and maintains computers, diagnoses problems, trains users, obtains music-specific data from university data for staff.
