Lance Miller joined the staff at the University of Oregon School of Music and Dance in 1998. His duties include recording faculty, student, and guest artist concerts. Lance also supervises and trains student recording engineers, oversees maintenance and repair of audio/visual and sound reinforcement equipment, and participates in advising of independent study courses for Music Technology and Music Education students.

Lance is a composer specializing in music for film and has released two albums of original music on the Perfect Records label. His work with various faculty members have been distributed worldwide by numerous classical and non-classical labels.

Lance and his wife Holly also own and operate Galahad Productions, a recording production facility and graphic design company since 1990. Lance is currently working on a degree in Music Technology at the University of Oregon.
